APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Introductory offer valid on new Home Equity Lines of Credit only with a loan-to-value (LTV) not to exceed 85% and a minimum initial draw amount of $20,000. At 5.49% APR, the estimated monthly payment is $4.58 per $1,000 borrowed during the 10-year interest-only draw period. The promotional fixed APR of 5.49% applies for the first 12 months from the date of funding. After the introductory period, the APR becomes variable and is based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate (index), plus a margin, as disclosed in the loan agreement. The variable rate may adjust monthly and will never be less than 4.00% or exceed 18.00%, or the maximum rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is less. This HELOC features a 10-year draw period followed by a repayment period of up to 20 years. Eligible property must be the borrower’s primary residence and located in Minnesota. Maximum loan amount is $250,000. Closing costs paid by NorthWinds Federal Credit Union up to $550 and waived provided the HELOC remains open for 6 consecutive monthly payments. If closed earlier, waived closing costs up to $550 will be added to the payoff balance. Borrower is responsible for any closing costs exceeding this amount, including appraisal or title fees if required. Property insurance is required. All loans are subject to credit approval, income verification, and membership eligibility. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice and may not be combined with other offers. NMLS #1059389. Equal Housing Opportunity Lender.
