Member Service Representative – On-Site, Full-time

NorthWinds Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Member Service Representative to join our team. As a valued colleague of NorthWinds, you play a critical role in delivering an exceptional Member experience during every interaction. This unique position requires an individual who has a strong commitment to consultative Member service, in an environment where growth is occurring in all business lines.

A partial list of responsibilities includes:

• Acting as a point of first impression for NorthWinds, this individual must possess and deliver a commitment to Member service, satisfaction and loyalty.
• Engaging and building strong relationships with new and existing Members to effectively identify and make recommendations to solve their financial needs: including, but not limited to, new products, services and technology based solutions.
• Accurately processing transactions related to teller services.
• Making referrals to other departments within the Credit Union as appropriate, such as consumer lending, mortgage lending and business lending.
• Operating in full compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations and laws.

Qualifications:

• Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
